Time duration and quantity to be taken:
• For daily usage, time duration: 10 minutes, quantity: 1 spoon
• In case of toothache and mild sensitivity, time duration: 12-15 minutes, quantity: 1.5 – 2 spoons
• In case of pyorrhea, bleeding gums and other severe gum infections, time duration: 20-25 minutes, quantity: 2 spoons
Follow the below mentioned directions for best results:
1. Massage gently all sides of gums and teeth using Anand Tooth Powder using fingers (avoid using toothbrush).
2. After massaging for an appropriate amount of time, wait for further 5-15 minutes (according to severity of problem) for the Anand Tooth Powder to have its healing effect. Meanwhile, slowly move the mixture of saliva and powder all around inside the mouth (especially in the affected area) 5 to 6 times. Spit when your mouth feels full. Repeat this saliva movement for the given time frame before the final spit.
3. Gargle out the remains with water and then, gently brush using an ultra soft toothbrush for removing all powder particles that remain in between the teeth.
4. For best results and keeping in mind the severity of the problem, use 2-4 times a day.
Important Note: In case of extremely weak and infected gums, massaging the tooth powder may result in feeling some odd sensations (blister like sensation / inflammation). This is completely normal and not a reason to panic. Odd sensations are directly proportional to weakness of gums and hence it may persist up to few times of usage. You can start with lesser quantity and duration and then gradually increase them up as your gums become stronger and tightened.

सर्वोत्तम परिणामों के लिए नीचे दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करें:
1. आनंद टूथ पाउडर को उंगलियों से (टूथब्रश का उपयोग करने से बचें) मसूड़ों और दांतों पर सभी जगह मालिश करें।
2. उचित अवधि तक मालिश करने के बाद आनंद टूथ पाउडर को अपना उपचार प्रभाव करने के लिए 5-15 मिनट (समस्या की गंभीरता के अनुसार समय दें) तक प्रतीक्षा करें। इस बीच, धीरे-धीरे लार और पाउडर के मिश्रण को मुंह के अंदर सभी जगह (विशेषकर प्रभावित क्षेत्र में) ५(5) से ६(6) बार घुमाएँ। जब आपका मुंह भरा हुआ लगे तब थूकें। इसे नियमित अवधि तक दोहराएं।
3. अंत में पानी से कुल्ले/गरारे करें और फिर दांतों के बीच बचे हुए पाउडर के कणों को हटाने के लिए एक अल्ट्रा सॉफ्ट टूथब्रश से हल्के हाथ से ब्रश करें।
4. सर्वोत्तम परिणामों के लिए और समस्या की गंभीरता को ध्यान में रखते हुए दिन में २(2) से ४(4) बार मंजन करें।
महत्वपूर्ण सूचना: अत्यंत कमजोर एवं संक्रमित मसूड़ों के मामले में, टूथ पाउडर की मालिश करने से कुछ जलन (फफोले जैसे सनसनी/सूजन) महसूस हो सकती हैं। यह पूरी तरह से सामान्य है और घबराने की कोई वजह नहीं है। जलन होने का मतलब मसूड़े कमजोर हैं। यह उपयोग के कुछ समय तक बनी रह सकती है। ऐसे में आप कम मात्रा और अवधि के साथ शुरू करें और फिर समय के साथ आपके मसूड़ों मे कसावट आने पर और उनके मजबूत होने पर अवधि और मात्रा बढ़ाएं।
